"Couldn’t get anything I needed"
I went in just looking for a few basic things, but pretty much everything I wanted was out of stock. I even asked if there were any alternatives or when they’d be available again, and it felt like my question was just brushed off. Really frustrating when such a simple request gets ignored.

"I thought this was going to be nicer..."
I thought this was going to be nicer based on the pictures, but it looked and felt cheap once it arrived. After just a few days, the material already started showing wear, and that part was weird because I wasn’t even using it heavily. Kind of disappointing overall.

"Refund came through, but took forever"
I ordered something from knackshops.com and ended up having to return it. To be fair, the refund did eventually come back, so it’s not even about that. It’s more that it took way longer than I expected, and support wasn’t exactly quick to respond either. Just kind of frustrating overall.

"Broke after just two uses"
I only used this thing twice and it already broke. it’s frustrating enough dealing with products that don’t last, and then you know if you try to get help you’re probably going to be stuck with some automated system instead of an actual person. Not worth the hassle

Maybe it’s just me, but trying to return my item felt way more complicated than it should’ve been. I had to send emails, wait a few days for replies, and even then the answers about my refund weren’t very clear. It still hasn’t been fully sorted out, which is frustrating. I don’t think I’d order again because the return process just feels too messy.

I tried to exchange something from my order and it turned into a whole headache. The replies took forever, and when they did respond, the instructions weren’t clear at all. I kept feeling like I didn’t know what the next step was or who I was supposed to follow up with. It’s still not properly sorted, and at this point I’m just frustrated. I don’t feel like this was worth what I paid. The quality just didn’t match the price for me, and if I could go back, I’d probably compare a few more options first. I’m definitely going to be more cautious before spending this much on something like this again.

I ordered from Knack Shops because I was in the mood to try somewhere new after scrolling around one evening with a cup of coffee, but the designs didn’t feel as fresh as I was hoping. A lot of them looked basic to me, like things I’ve already seen on a bunch of other stores while looking for gifts and random stuff for myself.
The quality was okay and I wouldn’t say it was terrible or anything, but the overall style just didn’t really stand out. For the price, I guess I expected something a bit more unique or memorable, especially since I’d been kind of excited to see what they had.

Pretty solid experience overall. I really appreciated that the prices were clear from the start, and nothing random got added right at the end. Shipping was easy to spot too, which felt like a small win because I’m used to having to hunt for it. "Decent enough, if you don’t need quick replies"
I ordered from knackshops.com and, to be fair, the item showed up fine, which is more than I can say for some places. So on the actual product side, there wasn’t really anything to complain about.
The communication, though, was a bit underwhelming. Replies took longer than I expected, and when they did answer, it was brief and not always super clear. I guess they’re efficient in the sense that they don’t waste words, but a little more detail would’ve helped.
Overall, it was an okay experience. Not bad enough to be upset about, but not smooth enough that I’d rave about it either. If they improve their updates and response time, it would feel a lot less like you’re just hoping everything works out.

I had a problem after placing my order and reached out to support. They did get back to me, but it took a few days, so I was kind of wondering if anyone was actually looking into it. I’m always a little skeptical when companies use super polished “we value your patience” type language, but to be fair, they did eventually sort it out. Not the quickest experience, but it got handled.
